Where did all the second-home buyers go? New primary research recently conducted on the high-end second-home buyer will be presented here for the first time. A panel of authorities in product mix, programming, hospitality, strategic partners, club membership retention, incentives and promotions will respond to the findings of this study with strategies to rethink, repackage and restart existing resorts around the new priorities of the second-home buyer.
