Nationwide, reinvigoration of the urban core has increased demand for office development in central business districts. In many downtowns, space to meet this demand is at a premium. Through a series of case studies, this panel will explore strategies for supporting office development in land-constrained urban locations, such as San Francisco, Brooklyn and Vancouver.
