It's not just green; it's achieving high returns on investment while continuously improving the in-place environment. Responsible property investment (RPI) means applying socially responsible investing (SRI) strategies when selecting public and private development companies in which to invest. With SRI, investors screen investments to avoid companies for social reasons such as negative environmental policies and use of animals in testing.
