When most folks think of industrial warehouse buildings, eyes glaze over as they remember the large roof tops within industrial parks they pass over when flying into a city. Well the world is changing fast and industrial developments are getting a lot more interesting. Developing industrial projects in places where land is expensive has caused these buildings to seek new heights and several companies are pioneering the development of multi-story warehouse buildings. Given the functional barriers that have been broken in places like Osaka, Narita, and Tokyo, growing prospects exist where vertical warehouse development will soon arrive.
