Published jointly each year by ULI and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2008 will be released once again at the ULI Fall Meeting. Emerging Trends in Real Estate® is a trends and forecast publication now in its 29th edition, and is the most highly regarded and widely read forecast report in the real estate industry. This session will present and discuss the findings of the report, covering investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues. Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2008 reflects the views of more than 500 individuals who completed surveys or were interviewed as a part of the research process for this report.
