Government and institutional entities can be some of the largest landowners in a community. Their land resources can be a fertile place for redevelopment opportunities within a large city or small town. Public/private partnerships are the most common way that development gets done on these properties. Come and hear how major institutions have sparked redevelopment in urban areas and how these partnerships have been good for everyone—the landowners, the institutions, the developers, and the community.
