Some move within the same neighborhood; some move back into the city to low-maintenance homes; some purchase a second home in a resort community with the thought of moving there full time once they retire; and others choose to move into an age-restricted community. Wherever they go, the home they purchase will be different in design and function from the one in which they raised their families. Hear and see the latest thinking.
