In the aftermath of record capital flows and price increases over the past five years, change is upon the U.S. commercial real estate investment world. Current investment conditions and the outlook vary greatly by property type and among major investor groups. One thing that is certain is the need for a new strategy in an environment where the tide is no longer raising all boats and value has to be created one deal at a time. Leading representatives from the private investor sector, public REITs, institutional investors and foreign capital will share their views and outlook on real estate investment strategies. Sectors under discussion will include apartments, retail, office, industrial and alternative property types. This session is a great follow up to Thursday morning's Capital Markets panel.
